Colette Hazelwood is a sole trader for Colette Hazelwood Contemporary Jewellery, Studio 4, Manchester Craft & Design Cebtre, 17 Oak St, Northern Quarter, Manchester M4 5JD, England

All goods remain the property of Colette Hazelwood until full and final payment has been received. Payments by cheque which do not clear because of insufficient funds will be vigorously pursued. The company is not responsible for any cash the purchaser sends which is lost in the post.

All goods on this site are priced in UK Pounds. All prices are subject to change. The US$ prices may vary, these are meant as a guide only and confirmation of the actual price will be agreed at the time of ordering.

The goods for sale are described as accurately as possible with images, weights and measurements where applicable. As most items are made to order, final requirements regarding size etc will be confirmed at the time of ordering. The items are photographed smaller than the actual size

Prices do include delivery to the UK and Europe only. Please add £10 for all other international orders.

On international orders, import duties and taxes are to be paid by the purchaser.

Commissions or special orders will not be entitled to a refund. A 20% deposit wil be required for all commissions, if the customer changes their mind and decides not to go ahead with the commission for whatever, than the refund willl NOT be refunded

Please note it is the customers responsibility to know the correct finger size before a ring commission is made, particularly engagement rings that are meant to be a surprise. I will try my best to alter the new ring if it's too big or small but this isn't guaranteed. I am not responsible for rings commissioned that don't fit.

Delivery times are between 3 – 28 days unless otherwise agreed at the time of ordering.

If delivery is delayed by ‘acts of god’ or circumstances beyond the companys'’ control, a reasonable extension is expected by the purchaser.

Goods that arrived damaged must be reported to the company within 7 days.

Cancellations must be given within 7 days of receipt of goods. Where goods are ‘special’ orders i.e. commissions or an item specifically made for the purchaser, the right of cancellation does not apply unless the fault is due to the company, in which case the cost of goods will be refunded.

The purchaser has 7 days to reject the goods in which case the company will pay the return postage. This applies to purchasers in the EU only. Purchasers outside the EU will be responsible for paying the cost of posting back to the company. Refunds will be given within 30 days of receiving the unwanted goods; this applies to purchasers in the EU only.

This web site respects your privacy & complies with the Data Protection Act and your details will not be given to any 3rd party’s.
